Write a ReviewDave C. reviewed this product on 06/19/04 I just want to say this driver is honestly the best driver I have ever hit. I recently bought the acer xp titanium and wasn't pleased with it. So I returned it to pinemeadow and decided to go with something a little more traditional. After a couple of mistakes on pinemeadows behalf I finally received the correct driver. However the pinemeadow customer service was fantastic. The head of the driver is the perfect size for me (it's not overly big)and the sound when the ball strikes the head off the club is fantastic. I read one of the reviews saying this club was hard to hit; I sure didn't think so. I bought the 12 degree loft with the pinemeadow graphite shaft and the golf pride velvit grip. This was the perfect combo for me. The balls truly went longer and straighter then ever before. Thanks Pinemeadow for the great product.
michael farely reviewed this product on 07/29/03 i found this club hard to hit and produced a high short hook and i prefer the maxfli pro series 2 steelhead even better. but it wasnt a complete loss, my brotherliked it. i thouht the pinemeadow service was great though.

When I needed a new driver, but could not afford to pay the sticker price for the leading name brands (even if I wanted to), there was no hesitation to come back to Pinemeadow. I bought this 690 after testing the Cleveland and loving it. I just returned from hitting the 690 for the first time. I am a very pleased customer. These folks are GREAT!!
Larry reviewed this product on 06/23/03 Great club, and a great value too. I had been having trouble getting off the Tee in a golf league I play in. With this new club now they go straight and true (well mostly anyway). I am a high handicap golfer, so I really like the good size clubhead. Also, you can tee the ball up high too, since the club has a faily tall face. It is very forgiving. I am very happy with this club.
