Roger Cornelius reviewed this product on 05/11/04 I have just purchase the Tour Leader Hybrids (formerly Power Play Select 5000 Hybrids) 3-9 set the order process was easy and the clubs were delivered on time. I have now played four rounds of golf, winning two and coming second twice I have never been happier. The feel is not so solid as standard irons on impact but do the job (I used oversize irons before). I now do not get the ball in the air as well but I always did get a lot of height, my accuracy has improved but the distance is down (I use to hit a seven iron 150 to 160 yrds I now use the six iron). Miss hits shots travel in the right direction with only 1/3 off the distance and I can hit the ball off any lie. I do not have time practise so I am hoping to improve with each game.

I went looking for a full set of irons that utilized the same principle(s). I found and purchased these clubs a few weeks ago after an internet search. I have had them out the past two weeks for four rounds. I am 6'6'' tall and I had them made as long as I could. I have had extraordinary success. They are long and straight and now that I know how far I can hit them, my confidence and my scores have both improved significantly. They are certainly not conventional irons, but then the results are not conventional either. Just great!

Stephen Wells reviewed this product on 03/23/04 I have a set of these irons and I have never been happier. They feel solid from back swing through impact. Prior to using these I used oversize irons. I was concerned because of the size of the club face compaired to my previous regular irons. I have absolutly no regrets... This is one of the finest game improvment products I have ever used. I now get the ball in the air with little or no effort, my accuracy is double what it was with my oversized irons, and my distance has increased by at least 1/3. My friends call em my cheater clubs. As far as I know they are legal so I dont consider them a cheat. But sometimes when I pop a par 5 green in 2 strokes I grin to myself and get a moment rush of "yeah maybe they do cheat a little bit" Hahahahahaha... All I know is they made the game lots more fun for me... And that's what it's all about... Right?

D. Mallard reviewed this product on 03/04/04 I purchased these clubs a few months ago. They are not right for me. The craftmanship is excellent an pinemedows did a great job servicing me in shipping. I just do not like the way the feel to light. I lost appx. 10 yds. per club on each shot. Overall exp. with pine medow was great though. Thanks Derek Mallard

Doug M reviewed this product on 02/25/04 Recently purchased a Tour Leader Hybrids (formerly Power Play Select 5000 Hybrids) Hybrid 2-iron. It took almost no time to get used to and the results are truly outstanding - very easy it hit - much easier than a standard 2-iron. I'd buy a 3-iron as well if they could be purchased separatly.
