Description

The ZR1 Mark II iron set follows in the footsteps of its predecessors—being an ultra-forgiving iron for golfers of all skill levels. These clubs feature a deep cavity, lower center of gravity and lower back weight which combine for a high launch and oversize sweet spot.

The higher MOI reduces twisting of the face on miss-hits, resulting in a straighter shot. You will instantly notice better results in the accuracy of your iron play due to the fact that there is more room for error.

The design of these clubs feature a wide sole, deep dish cavity and elongated face. With a lower center of gravity, these irons yield a higher launch angle, softer shot and more forgiving play. If you are tired of playing an older set with out-dated technology, replace your irons with the our ZR1 Mark II set for an immediate difference.

Tim reviewed this product on 09/22/17 I now have the 3,4,6,7,9 & pw hybrids and have hit these clubs better than I ever hit any other clubs. They are weighted perfectly and are incredibly forgiving. My distance with the 4- wood has been consistently long and straight and catching the attention of my fellow golfers on a weekly basis. I just got the 3 wood this evening and can't wait to see how it swings. I also recently picked up your u-wedge and love the length and control. I really would like to pick up the same brand in an 8 iron and keep checking your website for availability. My advice to golfers just stating out with under 5 years experience like my self...if you want to know what its like to hit long, consistent, accurate shots which results in lower scores, then give pinemeadow a shot... you won't be disappointed

GF rated this product on 04/27/15 Having owned these irons for several years now, I can assure you they are quality built and well worth the money (which is not a lot, mind you). The set is great for beginners, since the weight of the club heads have a slightly heavier feel. This allows you to feel the club head during your backswing and down through the ball on impact. If you are deciding on a set of irons for a junior or beginner, I would highly recommend ordering the ZR1 Mark II irons, custom fit to your build. You will not be disappointed. Pinemeadow's customer service is great too - ask them about your specific needs and they will help you decide what's best for you.

Dana rated this product on 12/29/14 You cannot do better for the money. While a really bad swing can never be truly forgiven, for those hits not exactly perfect, these clubs will keep you in play. They may a great sound and have great ball flight, farther than my old, three times the cost set. I also have a lob wedge and driver from Pinemeadow, both great.

David rated this product on 12/22/14 I've played golf for 30+ years. Started at 35 years of age. Had various clubs and after two years was an 18 handicapper - used Daiwa clubs. Found out about Pinemeadow through trawling and bought a set of Excell clubs. - dropped to a ten handicapper. Easy swing, good sweet spot, well weighted irons. Changed to Ping 10's then Ping 20's and went out to 14. A degenerative disease affected me badly. Could hardly walk and needed a cart. I blew out to 24 and was going downhill fast. One day whilst trawling the net I came across Pinemeadow ZR's. Got them on special and love them. Confidence returned and handicap dropping again. Still have the G10's and G20's but use the ZR's in comps. Health now reasonably stable but need cart. Mates at club are terrific help to me and put the ball on the tee and get it out of the hole as well. Scores blew out to 100 to 110 per round but now shoot mid 80's. Aaron and the staff at PM were great in assistance with fitting and delivery from order was about five days and this is to rural Australia. I am rapt in PM. Cheers DJ

Dave Burrow rated this product on 11/15/14 I purchased a set of 3-PW of the MARK II irons from the pre-owned section. They have a great look and feel. Great detail is put into the manufacturing process. Ordering is easy, hassle-free and informative. The response time is minimal on emails as well. The CS at PM is phenomenal. They have answered questions for me about clubs I didn't even buy through them. But back to the MARK II irons. I played them for 10 rounds. They feel great, have fantastic balance and feel. But, they are just a little too heavy for my swing. But, I gave them to my son-in-law, who has never played nor had any type of lessons, other than what little instruction I am able to give him. He gets the ball in the air with good elevation and distance. He has a natural swing. Smooth and easy and flowing and when he makes solid contact, he is a club longer than I am and I have been playing for 20 years. All that said to say this. Though they were not right for me, I am thrilled with these clubs as they improved my son-in-law's game and his experience on the course. And let's face it fellow golfers, we play because we love the game. If we improve our play, we improve the quality of our experience on the course and want to play more. Oh, and I still game a Pine Meadow XEON TITAN putter. I sink 6-8 footers regularly and sneak up on many 12-15 footers as well. Keep up the quality workmanship and fantastic customer service. Thank you Pine Meadow. Dave
