Description

The ZR1 Mark II iron set follows in the footsteps of its predecessors—being an ultra-forgiving iron for golfers of all skill levels. These clubs feature a deep cavity, lower center of gravity and lower back weight which combine for a high launch and oversize sweet spot.

The higher MOI reduces twisting of the face on miss-hits, resulting in a straighter shot. You will instantly notice better results in the accuracy of your iron play due to the fact that there is more room for error.

The design of these clubs feature a wide sole, deep dish cavity and elongated face. With a lower center of gravity, these irons yield a higher launch angle, softer shot and more forgiving play. If you are tired of playing an older set with out-dated technology, replace your irons with the our ZR1 Mark II set for an immediate difference.

MES rated this product * * * * * on 05/27/13 Beginning golfer here!! I am 46 and just took up the game. These clubs are amazing. I started with a set of Knights that were given to me and decided I wanted to try something else. I have had to purposefully alter my grip to an extreme weak handed position to slice with these clubs. Not only can I hit straight down the line, but I can hit using the close foot drill with distance. When I persuade others to give the clubs a try, they are pleased with how well they perform. I would gladly wear a pine meadow shirt on the course. I still have a high handicap, but that is due to my swing. If you make solid contact these clubs will due the rest. I can not imagine buying a big name club, unless someone wants to sell me their ping g15 set to me for the price I paid for the ZR1's :). Pine Meadow make a driver that performs the same and that would be insane!!! Oh and PM your Command Q woods are also great!

RC rated this product * * * * * on 05/27/13 High handicapper. These are amazing clubs for beginners and highdicappers.Similar to Ping G15 at fraction of the cost. Pinemeadow customizes and products are high quality. Notice an immdediate difference in accuracy of irons. Began hitting multi pars in 18 round which I never did before. The weighting on club head gives highhicapper the ability to adjust your swing speed due to ability to feel the head weight which is huge in short game. Ordering the fairway wood.

GF rated this product * * * * * on 05/20/13 Just came back from playing four rounds with the ZR1 Mark II's and the results were excellent. Very solid feel on contact. Distances are very similar to Ping G series (I own a set of G5's). These irons setup very nicely, assuming you customize them to your height and swing. Outstanding value for your money, especially if you can get them on sale.

Scott L rated this product * * * * * on 04/14/13 A friend of mine has played with PING G10's for the last 2 years and I have had the opportunity to swing them myself a few times and have wanted a set for myself but I can't afford PING. So when I saw the ZR1 MARK II's on sale at Pinemeadow I decided to roll the dice and try out the 3-SW iron set. I know the MARK II's mimic the G15's, but to me they feel just as smooth and balanced as the G10's that I fell in love with. Swing for swing, I am in heaven now. I have had them out on the course 3 times already and I have to say that it is the best money I ever spent on sporting equipment. In addition, customer service (Aaron) was responsive to phone calls and emails when I had questions before purchasing and the clubs arrived in pristine condition. I will order again from Pinemeadow soon. I think I'll get the MARK II Lob Wedge next.

Norm rated this product * * * * * on 03/31/13 I got the 4 through sw and hit them for the first time yesterday. They are excellent. Well put together and fast shipping. Easy to hit with a decent swing and overall great. Haven't been on the course with them yet just on the range but initial opinion is that they are awesome. I was reading these reviews before I bought them and heard good things and now I know why. For the quality and the price it is a no brainer. I would recommend these irons to anyone.
