Had earlier a lightly used Titleist set ($700) and I just could not get the "swing" out of them.. With these Acer clubs I've finally got it. And what a swing too + great distance (further than those Titleist's) :). I recommend these clubs strongly.

Todd reviewed this product on 07/07/03 I purchased these clubs 2 months ago and they are great. I also purchased the approach wedge and find myself hitting it from 125 yards and in. The irons are very long and very forgiving. Check your distance on the range before playing a round, you'll find you need less of a club than before. A co-worker I told about PineMeadow has ordered a set and is happy as well.

Muzza reviewed this product on 07/06/03 Purchased these a few months back. And after hitting 50 odd practice balls, used them and Acer XDS 2+ 3 wood and 4 Ball Putter in Easter Foursomes. We won our division so they must have gone pretty good. In between times my swing went off a bit, and I couldn't hit any irons well. Seemed to have sorted the swing out again for the moment, and hit some great iron shots, in very strong winds at the weekend with these clubs. Not sure if better than X-16's which I have only hit a few balls with, but they have a good feel, hit well, and are good value for money.

Jim reviewed this product on 07/06/03 Received my clubs on a Wed. & played first round on a Sat. Didn't have chance to go to the range before playing, so expected some "growing pains." Shot my worst 9 hole score on front nine (50) for the year, mostly due to overshooting greens and inconsistent driver. But look out when you get used to these clubs and the new distance. WOW. Shot my best 9 hole score in 4 years on back nine (37). Unbelievable!! These irons are strong & do play loooong. Hitting my 8 iron 160 - 165. Used to hit it 145. Ball just loves flying straight off these clubs. Got the Acer 9 deg. Driver and love the feel when I connect, but I need some range time to dial in this club . Literally took the plastic off it on the first tee, so expected it to be a little wayward. Definitely recommend these clubs to anyone interested. Got the whole set plus driver for less than the cost of the "name brand" driver. Sweet!

John Thompson reviewed this product on 07/03/03 I was most impressed with the service when I purchased a set of the Acer XP irons and a Titanium driver. I was surprised at how quickly I received the clubs. I have been very impressed with the irons and the driver. I subsequently purchased a #3 and # 5 fairway metals and have been very pleased with them also.
