I first ordered your Excel mid-launch and they didn't feel like my old irons which I liked. Then I bought these Acer XDS Wide sole and I absolutely love them. The feel on them is better than my old Callaway clones. They look sharp, they feel great. When I approach the ball with them I just have confidence I'm going to crush the ball and I do.

Steve anielson reviewed this product on 05/27/05 I have been playing the three wedges from this set and have been very happy with them. I just recently got the iron set and took them to the range this week. They seem to be about 1-2 club lengths longer than my current Titleist 962 DCI irons and hit straigher. (With the 962 my 5 iron was about a 150-160 yd club, and at the range I was getting a consistent 170+ at the range with the new irons. Now that I have got these irons, my whole set is Pinemeadow except for my Driver.

The first round broke 100 with a 99,second round was best ball no score. third round broke 90 with an 88 and registered a hole in one in front of seven family members with the 7 iron!!!! I usually score 102 to 110. You CAN NOT BEAT THESE CLUBS FOR THE PRICE!!!!! I WILL NEVER BUT A CLUB FROM ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!! THANKYOU PINEMEADOW FOR THE GOLF EXPERIENCE OF A LIFETIME..

Andrew Slotter reviewed this product on 01/16/05 These irons are excellent. They look and play very similarly to the Callaway X-16. I bought the 3 wedges about 9 months ago, and absolutely fell in love with them. Every shot goes like it should now. I can get the ball to stop on the green with these clubs (something I haven't been able to do before.) I was so impressed I got the rest of the set for Christmas. Thanks Pinemeadow!!
