I must admit that the first round was tougher than expected as I was adjusting to the new clubs and what distance I would hit each club. The second round was a big improvement considering I shot even par (71) for 18 holes. It must be the clubs...Thanks for the good equipment.

David Stone reviewed this product on 09/05/03 I just purchased the Tour Leader Hybrids (formerly Power Play Select 5000 Hybrids) 3-9 set. I received them a few weeks ago. The order process was easy and the clubs were delivered on time. I have played 3 rounds with the new clubs and have found a sizeable improvement in both distance and accuracy. I have always been a good fairway wood player but never real consisent with my irons. Now I can hit the ball from any lie and it flies high and long. I have improved my score by 9 strokes a round so far. The only complaint I have is that there is no PW or GW available with this set. I hit the 9 iron about 130 yards and I have a large gap between the 9 and my 52 degree wedge. Please consider making a PW or GW!!!!

I hit my fairway woods excellent, but have always had problems hitting my long-mid irons and occasionally my short iron game is poor. These irons have changed that. I used to hit a 5 iron 150 yards and now I am hitting a 7 iron at that distance. The forgiveness of these clubs is exceptional. 75% of my shots are solid now, where with my old irons, 20% might have been solid. Pinemeadow customer support is amazing. I worked with Steve Pettitt and he took care of me every step of the way. GIVE THAT GUY A RAISE! I would wholeheartedly endorse Pinemeadow and these Tour Leader Hybrids (formerly Power Play Select 5000 Hybrids) for anyone who has trouble hitting their conventional irons but has a strong fairway wood game. Also, I exchanged a 10.5 degree driver for a 9.0 degree and they completely lived up to their stated policy of 100% satisfaction guarantee. The exchange was flawless and painless.
