Returns & Exchanges
Your Satisfaction is Our Goal
Returns and Exchanges can not be processed without first receiving a Return Authorization (RA) number from Pinemeadow Golf. We use the RA number to identify the return. Once we get the club back in our hands, we use the number to expedite the return process. Here are instructions to get your Return Authorization number:
- You may submit a return or exchange online and select the items you will be returning. You will need to identify the reason for return and credit card type. If you do not know your original order number please contact one of our Customer Service Representatives by phone at (800) 309-6878 or email them directly.
- Once your return is approved, an RA (Return Authorization) number is assigned to your return. This RA number will be valid for 15 days from the date issued. It is how we track the return and any credits related to your order.
- Please carefully package your returned product with the RA number and the last name of the
purchaser clearly labeled on the outside of the box. Packages without an RA number or last
name on the outside of the box will be rejected. Our shipping address for returns is:

We will make sure your return is taken care of in a timely manner and per your request.
UPS ground shipping will be covered by Pinemeadow on warranty returns only. All other return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will only cover shipping to the original shipping address on the purchase order.
Close-Out Specials items are not available for return under our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee but are covered under our ONE YEAR warranty.
Certified Pre-Owned products are not available for return under our 30-day money back Satisfaction Guarantee, but are covered under our ONE YEAR warranty.
The 30 day money back guarantee and ONE YEAR warranty are valid for international customers outside the United States. Any duties, taxes, shipping charges, or other brokerage fees associated with freight will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact our customer service personnel for the return options. All international returns will also require an RA number to be written on the outside of the box you.
