If you are looking to give your game a boost - look no further! The ZR1 irons are a launch pad for game improvement. We've taken all the features of forgiving and supremely playable irons and injected them in the new ZR1 irons..

Along with a new look, the cavity of the iron has changed. The weight is distributed throughout the club head in areas it is most useful. By doing this we've created an iron that has a big sweet spot that will generate a higher ball flight and straighter shot. It's a great club to correct a nasty slice or inconsistent iron play.

Dr. B rated this product * * * * * on 05/06/08 I had previously ordered a ZR-1 driver and loved it so much that I sprung for the irons, 3-SW, stiff flex. It took a few rounds to "find" my swing with new irons, but I definitely have about 5-10 more yards with each iron. I am particularly impressed with the PW and SW, both of which have a high launch angle and land rather softly on the green. Overall, these irons are longer and more forgiving than any other irons I have previously hit. Excellent job!

Bart rated this product * * * * * on 05/06/08 Ordered a set of irons on a sunday with a plus one shaft. Monday after the clubs were already in production I decided I wanted to add to my order. Called the 800 number and actually got to talk to a person. They added the club without flinching, plus since I had ordered the plus one recommended that I get stiff shafts instead of regular. They had my clubs pulled from production and restarted them with stiff shafts, and made it seem like they wouldn't have it any other way. Got them in the mail on time. First time to the driving range, you would not have believed that I was the one hitting the ball. Absolutely amazing how well these hit. Anyone who buys Calloway/ping/taylormade at the store is wasting there money.

Sean rated this product * * * * * on 04/21/08 I'm not a "write a review" kind of guy. But after my first golf outing this year, I felt the need to give a little back. I don't know a lot about golf clubs, but the ZR1 irons I bought this spring have turned my lousy golf game into something...a lot more tolerable. On the first outing, I was consistently landing the ball on the green, while my friends with name brand iron sets were launching them into the sand. Before buying these clubs, you'd usually find me searching for my ball on the next fairway over. I realize that there is no such thing as a fix-it-all set of golf clubs, but the ZR-1's are definitely pulling their weight!

WSS rated this product * * * * * on 04/17/08 I bought a set of ZR-1's for my 13 year old son and he absolutely loves them. This is epecially ture of the hybrids which are much easier for him to hit. Not only did he get a great set of clubs but he also got a lesson in economics.
