Description

Set is only available 5-PW.

The ZR1 irons redefine the game improvement iron set with the focus on forgiveness. The lower irons (3, 4 and 5) are replaced with easy to hit high trajectory irons making this set the perfect for players of all skill. All the irons feature a deep cavity, lower center of gravity and lower back weight. Read more about how these features can help your game.

The 3, 4 and 5 irons are also known as "high trajectory irons". Designed with a wide sole, deep dish cavity and elongated face. The lower center of gravity produces a higher launch angle, softer shot and more forgiving play. If you are tired of hitting difficult long irons, replace your irons with ZR1 set for an immediate difference. If you haven't played a lower iron with a wider sole you will be surprise how much easier they are to hit.

The 6-PW features are very similar to the lower irons minus the wide sole. A deep cavity, low center of gravity and lower back weight, increase moment of inertia (MOI). A higher MOI reduces twisting of the face on miss hits resulting in a straighter shot. You will instantly notice better results in the accuracy of your iron play due to the fact that there is more room for error.

If you are considering the ZR1 irons, the ZR1 460cc Titanium Driver is a perfect complement.

Jason rated this product * * * * * on 04/22/08 I have used these clubs for over a year now, and I thoroughly enjoy them. Several others have used them, and then promptly went and ordered their own sets. I have shot scores as low as 89. Enough said.

Love the HL5, broke 100, closing in on 90.Good quality, great service. Paul rated this product * * * * * on 01/21/08 I purchased the SW with the Black Gold shaft and Winn Classic grip. I was surprised at the weight of the club head at first, but then at the bunker practice area it didn't let me down. I can manage 115 yds with this club with my best power and 85 yds without pushing it too hard. Now I need a lob wedge with the same head! I'm loving PinemeadowGolf these days!

Ian rated this product * * * * * on 11/12/07 I just started getting into golf a month ago and bought these irons as a relatively inexpensive way to get my new hobby rolling. I have yet to get the guts to play a round, but I've taken several trips to the range to learn to swing. People talk about how hard hitting the longer irons can be, but thats baffling to me since I can routinely crush the 3 and 4 irons from this set 185 and 175 respectively. The quality is top notch and so far they seem to hit as well as anything else I've swung. Great clubs!

Paul rated this product * * * * * on 10/16/07 These irons are great. They have reduced my overall score by 10 strokes. Now I am shooting in the 80's instead of the 90's. I had the graphite shafts and Lamkin crosslines put on and love them. I would recomend these clubs to everyone. Shipping and ordering were painless and fast. Thanks pinemeadow
