Pinemeadow Excel EGI Individual Irons
Description
Everything you're for looking in an iron was taken into consideration in the design of the new Pinemeadow Excel EGI irons. They are the latest addition to the Pinemeadow Excel family known for increased launch and large sweet spot giving you the ultimate game improvement clubs.
These irons feature a medium top-line and wide sole that provide stability and control. The EGI irons also feature a dual-level beveled flare sole that make these irons unique. The technology helps you power through any type of lie and doesn't get caught up in the thicker rough. The result is a straighter and longer shot from any condition on the course. It also pushes the weight of the club to the bottom of the club to help generate optimal launch.
If you're looking for a new iron set that gives you the maximum forgiveness and better control, these irons do both.

Write a Reviewdavid couacaud rated this product on 01/05/19 i wanted to up grade my beginner set of clubs which i had for well over ten years, as i am from Australia i found it very difficult to get a new iron set for no less than a $1000 (even on special) so when i found Pinemeadow i got the excel egl irons with the graphite shaft 5-pw for my birthday. Wow they got here fast and i only just now got to take them out for a full 18. (i use them in the range a couple of times) My swing needs less effort for the same distance which allows for a straighter shot. i highly recommend the Pinemeadow band
Alex rated this product on 12/03/18 Got my Excel EGI irons yesterday and I couldn't wait to get them dirty. They came out of the box and went straight in my bag and I went straight to the range. I am a novice golfer (play 2-4 times a month if I'm lucky) and was looking for some inexpensive but quality irons. Pinemeadow delivered. I was turned on to them by a relative and after researching and considering name brand irons I am so glad I didn't spend the big bucks on name brand equipment. My girlfriend's Dad has a set of Titelist irons that he spent $1200 on and he said he would rather swing mine just on feel alone. If you want to get new clubs dont look anywhere else but Pinemeadow
Bryan rated this product on 04/05/18 Every club I have except my driver is now a Pinemeadow product. I purchased this iron set 5-pw to go along with my pgx SW and the pgx putter. The irons have made a huge difference for me as a brand new golfer using outdated irons from the 70’s that have been collecting dust in my parents barn. The weighting and back cavity reall help the forgiveness of the clubs compared to my old set, I still hit terrible shots, but the clubs have helped take me from a 10 foot dribbler to at least a 50 yard line drive. I’d also like to comment on the entire website and buying experience. The fitting tool, grip and shaft selection, customer service, and shipping were all the best I’ve ever experienced. Will look to purchase all my equipment from Pinemeadow in the future.
Brendan reviewed this product on 04/25/17 Okay, I'm back and adding to my review of 4/7/17. Boy am I am happy camper... the finish is better than the online images - what a great set of irons. Love the lower kickpoint, which the True Temper Gold Shafts provide and the control/feel I have with Winn Dri Tac grips. I was at the driving range and played 18 and really enjoyed the touch, feel and ball flight using the irons. I am especially pleased with the Chris Carharan' Forged 56 degree wedge and the PMG DW 4 Hybrid... As I say, I never played with hybrids before and I cannot believe how easy it is to strike the ball cleanly, and accurately etc. The forgiveness and accuracy that comes with this club is a tremendous asset to anyone's game. Honestly, you would be crazy not to add it to your bag! Also, I am impressed with Double Wall technology (even though PMG have had it for several years now), the ball sprung off the club face like a jackrabbit leaving no doubt in my mind whatsoever that these are a must. So, I ordered from Tommy a DW 3 Hybrid and DW 3 Wood. Even at this stage I plan to drop my brand new 3 and 4 irons from the bag in favor of the hybrids. Again as a longtime customer - thank you Pine Meadow Golf for great clubs, unbeatable prices and top notch service!
BRENDAN reviewed this product on 04/07/17 I'm a 12-year longtime Pinemeadow Golf customer from the Midwest and I just purchased these irons - they're on their way as I write - I'll report back on them after I've had the opportunity to break them in. Nonetheless, I'm salivating at the thought of getting a great new set of Irons. Till now I've used PMG Acer HT irons purchased back in 2005. I took a chance on PMG back then and never regretted it and you won't too. The quality is excellent, which is why I'm back. Like before I spent the time reading the product briefs and opted for Excel EGI Callaway Clones 3i - PW w/customized True Temper Gold Regular shafts, plus Winn Dri Tac regular grips. I was thinking about completing the set with a sand wedge, but decided against it reading the specs, etc on the Chris Carharan forged wedges. I picked up a great deal on a practically new wedge, in perfect condition. I'm very comfortable with long irons as with short, and as such have never used Hybrids. I decided to try them out and got half price on a brand new Double Wall 4hy. Everyone tells me they are they way to go, so I'm looking forward to testing it out to see if I'll add EGI Hybrids to the bag. Last, but not least, I like to chip around the green using a chipper, but I wanted something with a bit more weight. Problem solved... I purchased PMG Hybrid Chipper. As a hybrid it's got more forgiveness and greater weight ratio at the bottom of the clubhead. I can't wait to try all these babies out. My PMG story goes on TBC at a later date.
