jj rated this product on 10/21/13 I just got my bag about a month ago, I have been playing two to four times a week. What is happening is where the clubs go into the divider(s) it is wearing out the fabric and threads are now coming unwound. Its a great bag, lots of room, get lots of compliments on it, just figured the fabric should not wear out so soon.
Ned said the following about this product on 08/21/13 It's too bad these bags don't have an outside putter tube. I'd snap 2 up in a heartbeat if they did. Bummer.
Jerry K. rated this product on 06/29/13 Played 5 rounds with this bag and find the pockets to be accessible and usefull. The 14 full length dividers keep the clubs organized and un-tangled. Great bag well worth the money.
Adam rated this product on 09/26/12 Just received my bag today in tan/copper. The bag looks amazing, and the 14 full-length dividers hold the clubs wonderfully. Looks to be very good workmanship and the colors are wonderful.
Kenton rated this product on 08/15/12 I thought I would add another review now that I have had the bag for awhile. I left my first review on 7/19/11. I have had issues with the zippers this year. I have taken excellent care of the bag the entire time I have owned it. From August of last year until this spring I had zero issues with the bag. After this winter (I live in Iowa) I have started to have a lot of issues with the zippers separating. Both of the large outer pockets and two of the smaller pockets have separated this year. Also the front, top handle is starting to rip off. I emailed pine meadow about these problems, but oddly never heard anything back from them (which is weird because of of the exceptional customer service I have had before). I did not ask for a replacement bag of anything like that, I just simply asked if these are problems they have had with the bags in the past. Just something to think about!
Preston Hale responds with Hey Kenton, not sure why you never heard back. I found you in the system and sent you an email. We'll take care of the replacement. That shouldn't happen.
