Matt R V reviewed this product on 08/10/05 was really anticipating this products arrival, got it tuesday night but didnt hit the club until wednesday afternoon...i have an old titanium knockoff that i can hit as far as 275 or more but usually average 250 nice and straight...so i was hoping this club could get me over the 300 mark or more....just got back from the range and was not too impressed, first the wieghting config would have been nice to adjust however the right side 2 gram weight allen socket stripped before i could even stroke the club,
Patrick Taggart reviewed this product on 08/08/05 I have been hitting the System Q driver now about 2 weeks and can only say that I am tremendously impressed. The first time I swung it with a ball teed up, it went 20 yards farther than is usual with my other drivers. I hit another ball -- same thing. And another, the same. At this point, I put the Q back in my bag and tried to catch my breath. Yes, this club is the real thing. It's true enough -- it sounds a little different from my alumninum-headed driver, but for me, I'll trade a "ping" for 20 yards any day. By the way, make sure the weighting screws are cinched in snug. If they loosen, they will lend a raspy sound to the hit. Thanks Pinemeadow; I'll be calling soon about irons.
John Bridges reviewed this product on 08/07/05 I've had this driver for a little over a month now. I'm new to the game so I'm definitely a real duffer! However, the System Q driver is awesome!! I'm a pretty small guy (5'9" 140 lbs.) but I can launch 'em farther and straighter than my larger buddies when we hit the range or course! It's a sweet piece! It makes more of a ripping sound and less of a "ping" when you hit it, but it performs great! Thanks a lot Pinemeadow! Keep up the good work!
CJ Crawford reviewed this product on 08/02/05 Got my Q today. Ya! Hoo! I tried the R5 Draw that Taylor Made but couldn't cough up the $324 bucks to take it home and make it mine however, what a deal I got with my Q. I saved 69% over the name brand and though the club was marked to be in "Fair" shape...it looked and performed great. Absolutely NO complaints. I walked in the house, grabbed the box, removed the club, and headed straight back out the door to the driving range at 7 PM. Swing after swing it performed flawlessly. In the Draw setting it hit'em straigh down the line and longer than the R5 could. Being a novice at the game, I fully expect that my Q will hit'em better and farther the more my skill grows. Wow! God willing, I'll be saving up and coming back to Pinemeadow to upgrade my irons before long. Anybody lookin for a good used set of Rawlings Gold clubs? I hope they will be available to you soon. Thanks, Pinemeadow!
