Justin Gajeway reviewed this product on 05/07/05 I’ve bought several clubs from PMG over the past year. I was orignally going to buy the R5 80xd, but learned PMG had an R7 clone. Being extremely pleased with the other clubs i've purchased here (the putter especially, that's my favorite) i thought this would be another quality club. Boy was i wrong. I received the club last thur, and before my round i had enough time to hit a small bucket of balls thinking id at least get a feel for the club to play adequately later. I could barely get the club to clear 200, normally i hit around 250-265. Today on the 17th hole of my round the club broke. I made contact with the ball, did not hit the ground, and the head snapped right off. So after a week of not being able to hit the damn thing im left with two pieces, no driver, and a pretty sour taste in my mouth. Everything else that i bought from PMG i'd reccomend in a heart beat, this driver on the other hand is one id rather have not known existed.

Larry Roby reviewed this product on 05/06/05 Played yesterday for the first time with my new Q driver with the Aldila NV 75 Stiff Shaft. This a fantastic club. I decided to by after I tried the Taylor Made r7. I felt for the price of the Q vs the Tailor Made I couldn't refuse. This club is beautiful. It is unbelievably forgiving and should be illegal for any Pro. My guess is and added 15 to 20 yards, maybe more and much more accurate. My duck hood is gone. I will be letting everybody know about Pine Meadow Golf. Thanks

Scott V reviewed this product on 05/03/05 I bought my father a R7 last year and that club put about 40 to 60 yards on his normal lack luster drives. My father “in-law” is just starting up and I thought I would get him this driver so he could at least keep up with us. We got the Stiff UST Pro Force 65 shaft, Winn Classic RF oversize grip, one inch over standard, and a 12 degree loft on it. This driver is a hammer!?!?…and the most important things is that it is very forgiving, my father in law hit about thirty balls and all were with in 30 yards of each other. The most exciting thing with him is that he hit his longest drive yesterday, which I must say was at least 50 yards farther then what he use to hit. I was very impressed with the solidness of the club and it was very well put together. If you want a sold driver that is very forgiving, I highly recommend this driver for any skill level.
