dana pritchett reviewed this product on 11/06/05 My slice isnt totally gone but it is now a small fade rather than a big slice. distance with the 10 degree is right up there with my partners who are using all the new cool stuff that costs 10 times as much. I have hit more fairways with this club than any 3 wood I have ever used off of the tee box and the 10 degree is as long as any driver I have ever used. I am finally hitting nice long controlled drives that arent embarrasing the *@^$ out of me. I do pull it dead left sometimes with it as I am not used to the offset yet...but that will go away with practice. Great product with lightning fast shipping. Thanks!
Andy H reviewed this product on 08/25/05 Just wanted to come on here and say that the club has been returned and I have received full credit. Even those the club did not work for me, these guys run a class operation. Thank you very much and I will do business with you again.
Andy H reviewed this product on 08/08/05 I got this club a few weeks ago (the 1 wood), took it to the range and hit about 50 balls with it. I'll never touch it again. I have a slight fade and figured the offset would put me right in the center of the fairway........ wrong. Not sure how it's possible but instead of a small fade i was hitting a major slice, and to make matters worse I could only hit this club about 210 yards, my normal drive is 260 plus. Also, I miss hit one and instead of leaving a mark on the top of the head it left a big dent. Oh well, I guess you get what you pay for. With all that being said, the shipping was super fast and I'll probably give one of the putters a try.
Preston Hale responds with The offset can help cure a slice but does not work for everyone. Check mechanics and make sure the shaft flex is suitable for your swing speed. The top of all woods are thinner and if you smack one on the crown from a mis hit you can dent the club. Call us for a return.
Magic J. reviewed this product on 08/24/04 i having a little trouble with a Left to right slice. Can this club help me hit it straight?
Preston Hale responds with It depends on what is causing the slice. If your hands are too far in front of your swing the offset will square the face and help the slice. The slice might also be caused by a shaft that is too soft or the wrong flex so getting a firmer flex might help as well.
