Wallick reviewed this product on 08/05/07 Played with the bloc for 9 holes yesterday.Still sliceing and not getting the distance that I get from my $50.00 Intech "Yellow Jacket"driver. The Bloc is not bad but I would only buy it if it was on sale for no more than $50.00.I paid more for it during the forth of july sale. There are better options for drivers for $100.00.

Sion reviewed this product on 08/02/07 Almost a month later - my Ping G5 which I still had in my bag has gone bye bye. I can draw - fade or slingshot this baby like no other club I have ever owned. With the ping it was luck where it went. This thing I can drive like a car. If I execute a real relaxed swing my longest is 310 yards. Average is 260. I have to tee this baby a lot lower than my normal driver and my setup is not behind the ball, its 4 inches in front of where I would normally tee it up. Then bang!! Same spot every time. It's like a laser. Anglo saxon superlatives follow each shot - the guys on the range and the instructors just gawk at the disabled guy they tried and failed to teach to hit a driver consistently. They cannot believe how far I hit it using only my arms. 300 Lbs bench presses and tons of arm curls sure help, but without this thing I would be useless. God know what this thing would do made out of Grafalloy.....holy cows boys!!

Todd Turner reviewed this product on 07/31/07 I'm sorry to have to write this, as I am very pleased with the rest of the entire set I bought from Pinemeadow, but the Bloc Driver just does not perform well enough for me to keep it in my bag. I have had the entire set since Christmas, and have hit all of the clubs at the driving range and on the course since April, and the driver is the only club that has not improved my game at all. I even took my old driver, which is at least ten years old and is 300cc's, and hit balls just as far and with better consistency. I remember sending a message to Pinemeadow after I saw the Bloc Driver at a discount store for 40.00 less and was told that mine had a titanium face, whereas the other club would have had an alloy face. In my experience, my Bloc driver hit just like I would have expected the alloy face to hit. While I am not the most gifted golfer, I have played long enough and have hit enough different types of clubs to know what works for me and what doesn't; this doesn't.

ALWYN HIRSCH reviewed this product on 07/29/07 I finally received my club, I live in South Africa, well after I changed the shaft, this club is fantastic, I play off an 11 handicap, and the drives are very straight and very very far, and I am now projected 9.Thank you, when I come to the states, this year I shall be calling on you for more clubs. P.S The noise takes some getting used to.

Don Warner reviewed this product on 07/27/07 Picked up my BLOC driver this morning at UPS and went directly to the driving range. I'm one of those hitters who can be on the right on one shot and the left the next shot. I certainly can say that most of my shots were down the middle and there is no doubt that the club is producing more yards with the same swing. When I examined the club face after about 75 balls, most of the marks on the club face where right in the center of the club!!
