Joseph A Bairos rated this product on 09/20/12 I am rating excelent, because I think it really is. When I hit for a full yardage and connect well it delivers. My problem still is on short chips. Any suggestions? do I take a full swing or just try a short one?. Thanks P.S. any recomendatios on hybrids? I have a 3 hybrid, also don't want to pay a fortune. I am 70 years old and don't golf a lot. Twice a week at present, but do want to score better than 100.

Chaan rated this product on 09/01/12 Got the lob and Hi lob wedges with my wife's oversized irons and man these are awesome!! Now this is a seriously awesome set of wedges, think I will get the 68 degree as well..... Replaced them with my old Mizuno's which were awesome but rusting away.

Bill rated this product on 07/09/12 I bought the 60 degree wedge a few weeks ago and have played with it 3 times. I've always shy'd away from the lob wedge, as I've never hit it well and it never seems to do what I want it to. Well, I thought I'd give it one more try for $20 and I can't believe I'm actually saying that this is my new favorite club in my bag and it's actually saved my short game from 40 yds in. I still can't back the ball up or stop it on a dime, but this wedge makes easy work out of the greenside trap or clearing obstacles where a bump and run isn't a viable option. Thrilled!

Gamby rated this product on 06/23/12 I bought the 60 degree lob wedge 3 years ago and it is the most consistently reliable club in my bag. Almost every time I chip or pitch to the pin for a one putt with this baby, I remark to my playing companions[ friends only] that 20 dollas is a great investment, no need for big buck wedges.

$ rated this product on 06/11/12 Pinemeadow 64* lob wedge This looks and feels just as solid as any fancy expensive wedge. Pros: cheap; fast, friendly service; modifiable (I got a graphite shaft for better feel and upgraded the grip - it's personally tailored, brand new and perfect for only $32 and some change). Cons: The face finish started wearing off during my first round played with the club this morning. Also, I find the grooves to be too narrow. yeah this seems nitpicky, but I can get the dirt and crap out of the grooves of all my other clubs with the wooden tees that I carry in my bag. With this club, the tees won't get into the grooves well enough so I'm using safety pins and stuff. Kind of a hassle, since I usually want to clean the grooves before a shot, and I don't want to carry a SAFETY PIN on the course with me. Finally, I recommend talking with them about shaft length before ordering. I expected my "standard length" to come in shorter than my 9, my PW and SW, etc... I was surprised that it was longer than my SW and the same length as my PW. I later read that different companies aproach their wedge shaft lengths differently, but I was thinking in terms of Pelz's 4x3 which has each wedge getting progressively shorter. Anyway just make sure you KNOW what length and lie you want and communicate that, otherwise it might not be what you expect. It's really OK though - the club feels great and hits solid with exceptional feedback. The scratches on the face don't bother me, as I know this club will look beat up eventually no matter what you use to finish off the face. It's a good club, brand new, under $40. I'm happy with the LW and will purchase from Pinemeadow again.
