Once I realized to hit from the center of my stance and easy, the ball goes straight and long. I prefer now off the tee with an average of 230yds. easily. I'm throwing away my driver, I'll take the accuracy instead of distance everytime. Decided to "invest" in the 3-Iron and can't wait to put it in my bag.

Martin reviewed this product on 05/04/07 It was time to get my first hybrid. Having purchased my irons from Pinemeadow a few years ago I decided to see what they had. I bought the Excel 5 hybrid. What a sweet club. From the fairway I can count on a solid 200 yards, straight and high. If I want I can bend the ball too. Once again, Pinemeadow has come through and exceeded expectations.

At first I had some problems with distance due to not knowing what it was capable of as the day went on I got great performance. I believe that once you get the swing adjusted to suit you the distance and accuracy will amaze anyone even used the club looked brand new and was top notch quality hitting 200 plus with little bounce. Pinemeadow is a great company with products that are as good or better than the name brand.
