Michael reviewed this product on 07/06/05 I just received my clubs on the date promised and I am sooo excited. I hit with them today and what a difference from my old clubs. I am hitting about 1 club longer my first time out. Each shot feels nice and sure, solid no matter if it's a mis-hit. Hopefully this translates into lower scores, but I am very satisfied with these clubs. I would reccommend to anyone thinking about getting the Pings to save your money for Green fees and by the Oxygens from Pinemeadow. First rate service! Thanks

Paul Eckman reviewed this product on 06/24/05 If anyone has their heart set on getting Ping G2's,you should really consider trying the Oxygen Type S irons. The feel of these clubs is every bit as good as the G2's if not better. The only thing you will be missing is spending the extra $600 or so for the Pings. The Type S's are only $149 and if you're not happy ,you can send them back! I was really skeptical myself about the quality of the clubhead, the shaft and the grip.... until they showed up. Wow! Not any more. A real solid setup. Then I went and played 2 rounds this week. No more hang ups about playing "clones".I am now the proud owner of great performing clubs that I'm not embarassed to leave at the bag drop... even at Bandon.

Eric Lever reviewed this product on 06/20/05 I played these irons for the second time last Friday. I've never hit my 3-5 irons very well, with these irons hitting good shots is effortless. My mishits are not near as bad. I can hit the three iron high enough to clear trees. These irons are great!!!

I took, with a pinch of salt all the good reviews about the oxygen type S HT irons, however I trawled through the internet and found no bad press whatsoever. I ordered the clubs (as a birthday present for myself,) on Sunday, prior to Memorial day in the states, and watched with amazement, as I tracked the clubs during that week. Built and shipped by Wednesday, and even with UPS mistakingly sending them via Germany, they arrived in Dundonald, Northern Ireland on Friday morning, just in time for me to play with them in the afternoon. The clubs are amazing. They are very very similar in look to the G2s, but from my memory of the G2s, the OTSs seem to be slightly heavier (although I haven't compared them side by side.)

David Goodlow reviewed this product on 06/08/05 I had been looking for a new set of clubs for quite some time and went to some of the large golf retail shops and tested the Ping G2's. I just loved them but didn;t have the money. They sized me up right there for free and once a friend told me about Pinemeadow I had to get the OTS - HT irons. I've played 6 rounds this year and just love the feel of these clubs. I am more trusting of my swing and the results I will produce. They have added a club and a half to my bag. 130 yards is now a soft 9 instead of a hard 8 iron. My last round, I stepped up and birdied every par three on the course (5 to be exact) - first time I had ever done that. These clubs are great and I can step up and trust my results on not let my head get in the way. Thank you so very much Pinemeadow.
