Clay reviewed this product on 11/25/03 Great clubs. I was skeptical at first, but once I played with them they were a dream. I traded a set of giants for these clubs and after only two rounds of golf I broke my first round of 90 and hit the pin on seven holes while chipping on the gree. For anyone who thinks that quality equipment isn't needed to improve your game these clubs will prove that theory wrong. I am hitting each club an average of 20-30 yards longer and the clubs have a great feel and are very lightweight.
Dale Lambert reviewed this product on 11/21/03 I had a set of Acers that I bought from a friend of mine. Last year I sold them and bought a set Pings. Could not hit them. I ordered a set of the XDS Wide Sole Irons and could not be more pleased with them. The accuracy that I get with these clubs are great. It has taken me from a 18 to a 13 handicap. Would reccomend these to any average golfer.
Matt L reviewed this product on 11/21/03 I got a set of these last year and at first I thought I improved a bit but not that much. After taking a short lesson I got better then bought the Sand wedge. Since then I am getting 20-30 yards more per club and have gotten very accurate. Only problems I have had were the heads on 2 clubs came loose. One came off before the warranty expired so I sent it back and Pinemeadow sent it back to me fixed with a new shaft and grip, no charge at all. (I bought the sand wedge after that, because of it) The other cost me $10 to fix at a local club repair place. Going to go get a putter now.
Mike reviewed this product on 10/27/03 Just got them. Great service, Ordered on a Friday afternoon and received Thursday of the following week. As for the clubs they look great have gone to the range twice and am still getting used to the clubs. With the custom fit I am having to adjust from my old club swings to new ones. .5 inches shorter. I have a feeling that once I adjust I will like these clubs alot. Have to give more time.
Jim Bowling reviewed this product on 10/21/03 I purchased a set of Acer Wide Sole Irons a few weeks ago and I have to tell you I am absolutely thrilled. After giving up golf 20 years ago I decided to start again as I am nearing retirement. After hitting a few buckets of balls the quality of these clubs really impressed me. I proudly showed them off to several of my friends and they immediately wanted to know where I got them. I also got the Acer Stainless Woods and am hitting the ball farther and straighter them I ever did in the past. You have a great product at a great price. I will definately be back for more clubs.
