George rated this product on 10/15/11 I got the 3 and 4 with pinemeadow regular flex shaft (superfly). I am able to hit the 3 almost as far as my driver, but from the rough or a practice mat. On my first outing I hit one from the rough straight, really far and into the woods :). I was aimed wrong and didn't think I would make such good contact. I am extremely pleased with these clubs. I just bought a few more while on sale as Christmas gifts. I am also a new golfer this year, but I have been practicing a lot and finally feel like I can review a club. For reference when I do hit a drive right at the range it goes 200 carry and rolls 20-25, when I hit the 3 hybrid right at the range it goes 190-200 carry and then roles.

Kenton A. rated this product on 09/16/11 I am new to golf this year. I have ordered the ZR1 Mach II irons (3-pw and bought the sand and lob wedge later), my bag, and now the 3 and 4 hybrid secret weapons from pinemeadow. Thinking about a driver soon also! I cannot say enough about their customer service and shipping times. All around great company to buy from! Now for the secret weapons...Personally they are a little too flashy for me, mainly the VERY bright red grips. The name is kind of corny to be honest (just my opinion). But none of that really matters. What matters is the reason for the club, to play some golf! Playabily of these clubs for me personally is great! I am very confident with the clubs and 95% of the time hit it strait and far. I could win any slicing contest you could put me in with anything but my irons and these hybrids. Great clubs and they are easy for me to hit which is unheard of. For $50 bucks for the pair on sale right now???? DO IT!! You won't regret it! Thanks again Pinemeadow!

Steve rated this product on 09/08/11 This is one ugly club. The person who designed the color scheme must be color bind or this is a lab experiment gone wrong. That said, this is one well-built club ( I purchase the #4 Hybrid). It is solid and balanced extremely well, may be a bit heavy for some folks. On the course; WOW. It is forgiving, impact is rock-solid, and it shots straight. Plus, you get the added advantage of clearing the fairway of other golfers when you pull the club from the bag. If Pinemeadows renamed the club to ‘The Ugly Club’, I would give it 5-Stars. I will be buying the #3 Hybrid of the model.

Michael rated this product on 09/02/11 Pros: Nice looking club, feels pretty balanced for a heavy club head. The notch acts like a keel on a boat and cuts through the grass well and helpd with un even lies too. That is what probably impresses me most. Cons: The superfly shaft while it makes this club as easy to swing as your 5 iron is too flexy and the active kick at the end results in inconsistent shots. I would recommend spending a little more on the shaft and get a low torque shaft like the Aldila NVS. Overall: I like it, it replaces my old Turner Burner composite 5 wood that I struggled to hit when not a perfect lie. I plan to swap the shaft though for a low torque shaft. You really can't beat the price, I would just recommend that if you purchase this club, that you spend the extra on a low torque shaft, you will be happy you did.

Chris reviewed this product on 08/22/11 Bought this club withthesaleand it is excellent. I don't carry any more fairway woods as unity is club 200 to 220 off the tee and 180 to 190 off the fairway. Excellent club -highly recommended!!
