Called customer service and they only offered to reimburse me the $3 (for the upgraded grip I paid for, but didn't receive) or ship the club back to have a new one sent out. Didn't want to go through the bother of sending it back, so asked for the $3 refund. No

Steve Z reviewed this product on 05/30/06 I purchased the Command 3 Hybrid and I have to agree with the other testimonials that this is one of the best clubs I have ever purchased. Several times I approached the green between 160-175 yards and landed the ball right on the green! The ball flight is just perfect and hitting the ball is very easy. I have great confidence using this club. Its like having a secret weapon in your bag. I think I will be ordering the #4 and #5 Command Hybrid shortly to eliminate my long irons.
