I have read every review associated with Pine Meadows clubs and noticed a number of individuals hoping for more distance and improved game performance. In my opinion Pine Meadows can not supply the stance, grip nor the swing. They will supply a quality product that will perform well. The rest is up to the individual. My point is this: We can buy expensive or inexpensive clubs that perform extremely well, but the results are up to us. Buy from Pine Meadows and the equipment will not disappoint you....

Donald rated this product on 07/04/09 I have now completed 2 rounds of golf with the Command BK set (all graphite). I am completely satisified and extremely glad I purchased (Command BK set) through Pine Meadows. From initial purchase through 2 rounds of golf all aspects and expectations have been met. That includes the purchase, delivery, quality, looks, performance and bang for the buck are exceptional. This particular set of clubs is worth every penny. The weight simply feels good in your hands, they hit solid and perform as well as any club I have ever used. Bottom line: if you want an exceptional set of clubs for the money, purchase the Command BK's from PM. Don't let the black finish stop you. They generate great comments from other golfers and clean up very well after each round. Irons used the most will generate a discoloration on the bottom of the iron, but this color change fits well with the black scheme. The driver, woods and Hybrid do NOT change in appearance and clean up like new, tee marks, etc.. The only suggestion I would have to Pine Meadows would be to supply a T_Handled hex key with the driver, 3 wood and 2 hybrid for changing the weights, but do not let this small suggestion stop anyone from buying the Command BK clubs. Donald rated this product on 06/18/09 Reviews continued: I took my Command BK Driver from my set to the range today (06/18/2009). I need to test it prior to league play on Monday (06/22/2009). I purchased a small basket of balls consisting of 40 balls. The club was comfortable, instantly. I like the sound at impact and it delivered the exact drives I thought it would. It is as good as any club I have used and every shot was clean. Distance wise it would carry 220/240 yards in the air, but I blame that on range balls. Other than pulling or pushing a couple shots, every drive was clean and straight, no slices or hooks. I expect once on the course my normal golf balls will carry 260/280 in the air. I do not feel there will be any measurable increase in distance, but I do expect better control. One important feature I noticed is that after hitting 40 golf balls (same as 3 rounds of golf) the club face showed absolutely "NO" issues or imperfections. It was as though I never even hit a golf ball. As I mentioned in other reviews, I bought this set simply to replace my 23 year old set and was looking for price, quality and newer technology. Pine Meadows has met all those parameters. For the most part your golf game isn't in the clubs, it's in the player. I have never believed a club can compensate for a slow swing, bad setup, not keeping your eye on the ball, etc. My next review will cover the entire Command BK set since I will have played 18 holes of golf with them.

Donald rated this product on 06/17/09 I never completed my comment 06/17/2009: continued Whether you buy a $500.00 set of clubs or a $2,000.00 set of clubs no club will change your stance, swing or club head speed. Example: my brother has a TaylorMade R7 and no matter how hard he tries his drives are between 180 and 200 yards. That same driver in my hands averages 280 yards. My point is simply this: Pine Meadows makes a great clone at a good price. I was simply looking for new, good looking clubs and they have provided that in the Command BK set. I can pick up any 460 cc driver and the results are the same in terms of distance. At this point I simply want to use them over time and determine whether or not they stand up to the pounding of the course. My last clubs were 23 years old and were able to keep up with all the big hitters. It really isn't the club expecially with the 460 cc, its the player.

Donald rated this product on 06/17/09 The Command BK set arrived as scheduled, ordered 06/11/2009, delivered 06/15/2009. The packaging was exceptional and the clubs arrived without any obvious issues. After unpacking and completely inspecting each and every club, top to bottom (visually), I am impressed. They look great and the quality (visual) of each club is as good or better than any club I have ever owned. They arrived exactly as I ordered them, all graphite, 1.5" additional length, stiff flex and 1/8" oversize grips. The covers supplied with the Driver, 3 wood and 2 hy look great and reflect quality. I also ordered a putter and it met my expectations. In fact, I was suprised to see Pine Meadows included a putter cover. Thank you, I never expected the putter cover. I have removed my all my old clubs from my bag and inserted the new Command BK's. I have a black bag with burgandy seams and this set really looks good! The next step will be to play golf with them. The reason for this purchase was simply to upgrade my clubs (old purchased in 1986). My game is what it is and no club or clubs can change that. Whether you buy a $500.00 set or a $2,000.00 set, go
