marcin rated this product on 07/04/08 sb2 bag zipper on big pocket broke after 3 months, the cooler pocket has fell apart inside, every time you pull a club out its got fibres on them from freying inside the bag not a very good product.
Preston Hale responds with Thanks for the review. I am sorry this happened -- it shouldn't. Please contact us and we will replace the bag immediately. Keep in mind we have updated the durability of the bag and since the change we haven't seen many cases such as the problem you are experiencing. Eric rated this product on 05/22/08 I have to set the record straight. It turned out to be my fault that I got the wrong color (the color scheme could have been a little clearer, but they changed it right away). Pine Meadow responded very quickly to my return request and shipped a new bag before the details of the last bag were taken care of! I have made 2 previous purchases of woods and irons and I am very satisfied with them. I will continue to be a good customer!

Mark in NY rated this product on 04/30/08 Update time! This time let's talk customer support. My S1 bag started to have some issues: one of the rubber feet came off and the replacement they sent me wouldn't stay on, and a strap started to fray. Not only did they replace it with a brand-new updated SB2, they gave me store credit for some of the shipping cost to send the old one back to them. Color me happy, and I'll keep buying Pinemeadow and recommending them to my buddies.
