Preston Hale responds with Good question. They are not legal in any USGA events. Hope this helps. We are seeing a trend that these clubs are becoming popular again.

john rated this product on 08/06/07 Well its OK but if you take a big pivot you will shank the ball. It will be a pop fly. You have to remember that clubs do not make a better golfer. This could help you gentlemen a tiny bit.
