Description
Super Hard Titanium face creates an improved rebound effect making these irons tops in the distance category. The Acer XDS Tungsten Titanium irons are a technological marvel! An ultra-thin beta titanium face is merged onto a stainless steel body, providing increased rebound for superior distance. The beta titanium is also lighter than stainless steel, maximizing the perimeter weighting of the head, and creating a deep undercut channel for extra forgiveness. Four tungsten sole inserts on the sole of the club lower the center of gravity for optimal trajectory and feel. If your a golfer who needs all the distance an iron can offer, then this is the set for you.

Kendal Honea said the following about this product on 03/07/06 I have had these clubs since 2003. I am thinking of buying a back up set just in case something happens to these. I had them bent 2 degrees and the striking capacity is unbelievable. I continue to dazzle friends by the distances and the sounds these particular clubs make. Equally amazing is the thin face that produces this force. The only recommendation I would make is to make sure you are adding some extra steel on the length because they were way too short. It was like I was using women's clubs. I had to get extensions under the grips.

I won a set of custom made irons this last season that cost alot more than my ACERS. I played with them about 10 rounds and went back to my ACERS. I hit them longer and better. A great product.

I just recently played with a gentleman that had recently purchased the Callaway Hawk.VFT iron set. I used his clubs a few shots and The feel and swing were identical. I have taken 10 strokes off my game since purchasing my XDS's and I have been very happy with them. I was thinking of upgrading but have decided to stay with my these irons. Why mess with a good thing. I have been extremely pleased with the service from Pinemeadow keep up the good work!!
