Chris - TN rated this product on 03/08/06 This is the second set of irons I have purchased from Pinemeadow. When I began looking for a new set of sticks I looked at Hogan, Nike, Taylor Made, and Callaway. I could not make myself spend $1000 for a set when the so called name brand clubs are compared to the clubs available through Pinemeadow. Nike NDS irons are made out of the same 431 stainless steel that the Excel Mid Lauch Plus irons are made of so do the math when comparing the cost. The picture of these clubs does not do them justice. The finish on these clubs is just as good as anything Callaway has produced. I upgraded the grips to Lamkin Crossline and they feel great. A friend of mine has a set of Callaway X-16's and I think the Excels are far superior in feel and the quality of the materials is just as good. I think I now have the perfect set in my bag. A Q2 driver, Q2 3 wood, an Excel 2 hybrid, Mid Launch plus irons, and three Professional Open wedges all made by Pinemeadow for less than $400.

Jerry C rated this product on 11/10/05 I've played with these irons now three times and I am VERY impressed with them. This is my 4th or 5th purchase from PMG and as usual service and delivery were exceptional. I got this set with the upgraded TX-90 shafts and tour velvet grips and I am amazed by the feel and control of these shafts. I realize not everyone will put up the extra $15 for the shafts but I can assure you that you will be astonished by the improved feel and performance. I neve hit an iron with a high dollar shaft like this but it is simply awesome. Thanks again PMG

Tomas reviewed this product on 10/14/05 Crapp ass UPS dont know where my package is anymore, because... they dont know who is delivering it to me?? It's too bad that the package could'nt be sent to sweden with a company that actually is capable of delivering packages themself through out sweden. Well well, with some luck they will call me on monday, but it didnt sound good.

Preston Hale responds with Tomas I apologize for the inconvenience but I did some research. Your package was shipped on the 11th and your address is in a remote area. UPS is scheduled to deliver the package today so it's still within the 2-3 day transit time. email customer service if the package doesn't arrive today. UPS has done a great job for is in the past but we will do all we can to get you your package.

Gary Norton reviewed this product on 08/21/05 Thanks for the technical support I have recieved in chosing these irons of which they arrived as predicted & in excellent packaging. And the most important aspect I have never hit as anything as pure as these clubs. SIMPLY THE BEST the wife now wants some, good one!!
