Mike Wilson reviewed this product on 12/22/04 Well I have had these clubs for about 2 months now. I have to say I really like them. Easy to hit and very forgiving. They have a solid feel and the ball does get in the air and the distance I need. I was really impressed with the quality of the clubs, solid and well built. Customer service was great and the suggestions they made really helped a lot. I would recommend these clubs to any new golfer looking for an easy to hit club that will help improve their game. I will continue to purchase my clubs from PMG the service is top notch.

Bob Cherney reviewed this product on 10/29/04 I just bought these irons and I really love them. I just started to play the game this year, and with these clubs I notice a difference. I know a lot of golf has to do with the mental aspect, however, these clubs DO improve your shot. I worked with customer service (they were great) and we got the clubs that worked best for me. I would recommend calling and talking to someone, that way you know everything you need to before you purchase. I bought something before from Pinemeadow, received the product but because I am new to the game I didn't realize what I had bought. So. . I sent it back, got my FULL refund, and bought these. Now I am happy, have the clubs I want, and can compete with my other rookie golf friends. Thanks a lot Pinemeadows.

Alex Kirk reviewed this product on 10/27/04 I'm confused. I think this is line is a great idea, but these clubs look to be the same as the Acer line -- since Pinemeadow is associated with value (at least to me) why aren't these less expensive than the Acers??
Preston Hale responds with Pinemeadow will always be associtated with value which is why we are so excited about the release of the Excel Series that feels and performs like the 1100.00 name brand set.

Tim B. reviewed this product on 10/24/04 i actually have a question. I was wonderin if all the clubs, from 3-pw are high launch, with the wider soles on each and every one...or is it jus the 3,4 and 5 irons? i am thinking if they are the same set without the high launch irons, i'd rather get the mid launch b/c of the blue.green is not really my color and i was thinking of replacing the 3,4 and 5 with hybrid clubs anyway. :D
Preston Hale responds with The entire set of the Excel High Launch irons have a wide sole. Take a look at the Synchron Medic irons which are using the same wide sole and Low Center of Gravity technology but availble in a 6-PW so you can build a Hybrid set. The other alternative is the Oxygen Type S High Trajectory that is again using similar technology buy has a wide sole 3,4,5 and standard sole 6-PW.
