I have hit the Callaway X-20 irons and these are just as good. With my old irons my 150 club was my 7-iron but with these irons I'm hitting the 8 to around 155 consistently. AboutToBreak100 rated this product on 04/28/09 I purchased the Excel Strong Irons for christmas. Prior to this set, I had a hodge-podge set of irons. This new set is of great quality and helps greatly in my consistency. The clubs are very forgiving and are helping me improve. The one thing I will note is that I feel like I have lost a club in length for all my irons (about 10 yards per club). This could be for a number of reasons - my older clubs were lighter. But as a male, even though I am hitting the ball more consistently and straighter, the loss of distance is tough on the ego. All in all, the service and quality from pinemeadow is outstanding, I will definitely do business with them in the future

Matt reviewed this product on 04/21/09 I bought a set of clubs about 6 months ago. I can tell you they have improved my game 10 fold. I won the club championship with low net score. My handicap went from a 40 to a 29 in 6 short months. I would recommend the excel strong irons and the command Q4 driver and woods. If I had a complaint it would be that the chome does not seem to hold it's shine and the paint on the woods mars very easily. Customer support is excellent.

Paul rated this product on 04/15/09 Excellent clubs. Recently, I purchase the Excel Strong Irons. The day the clubs arrived, winter returned to northeaster Wisconsin. Finally on April 13, I made it out to a local course played in 40 degree temperatures. I am always a little concerned about hitting the irons when it is cold. But, the clubs worked great. They are solid on contact and a great value. This may be my best golf purchase ever.

John rated this product on 04/06/09 Decided to buy a set of clones rather then spend a fortune on a brand. Received my clubs within 4 days of ordering, and i'm in Europe, great delivery speed!! First time I played with the pinemeadow excel strong irons they took about 12 shots off my usual scores!! Great clubs and have recomended them to everyone I know.
