Hans rated this product on 10/11/10 Indeed an Excellent clubs! I am writing from Singapore and played 2 x 18holes this week. The clubs are very forgiving and I have never played a better game than this week. It truly brought down my scores with a couples of PAR(s). Keep up the good work Pinemeadow! By the way, this is my 3rd time buying from Pinemeadow and I definitely will be buying more from you guys!

A west rated this product on 09/20/10 I had no trouble fadeing or drawing these clubs . I was surprised how well I hit the 3 and 4 irons they were much easier to control than my old 3 and 4 utilities. I am just begining to golf and I felt they were all easy to play they saved my butt after after some rather creative drives today.

Scout rated this product on 08/21/10 I absolutely love the new monterossa irons! They are very forgiving clubs on mis-hits, but will sail when you hit them pure. My trajectory is much better with the clubs. The monterossa is also a good looking club and as usual, Pine Meadow customer service was top notch.

Marshall G rated this product on 07/21/10 First comment on the new irons. Disclaimer.. I only hit them at the range. First impressions are that they are longer than my set of ZR1's but have a tendency to fade. I hit equal numbers of balls with the old clubs and the new ones. 5, 7 and 9 irons. ZR1's were more on line but a little shorter. With the same swing the Excel's tended to fade more. I closed the clubface a little with the Excel and concentrated on keeping my left arm tucked in and the Excels were pretty much where I aimed them and longer than the ZR1's. The Excel's have a slightly lower loft than the ZR1's so that may have something to do with the way I was hitting them. Again.. just an initial review after a couple of buckets on the range.

Shawn rated this product on 07/19/10 I am a return buyer with Pinemeadow as I bought a 68 degree wedge that I am still absolutely thrilled with and I was looking for a set of irons without a hybrid 3 and 4. The Monterossa irons are a great value for someone who wants something better than what the low end sporting goods store sets or sets found at the Walmart sporting good section has to offer at the same price. I am not a good enough player to claim these are as good as or better than name brand clubs because I have never bought them, but they play better than any set I've had from Walmart or a garage sale. They're pretty forgiving on off-center shots and I even found they did well when I hit them fat. I am happy with these and I feel like I'll be using these for a while.
