Peter reviewed this product on 09/04/05 Updating my review from below after half season of play. The 22 degree with shorter steel shaft just performs perfectly. Learning to hit it extended my lenght to 195-210 yards from tee/fairway. You just really need to hit it very softly, no power needed at all, rather big arch. And close the head due to offset. If you are not able to hit it after these two pieces of advice, see a swing teacher, not a new club. For next season I think I buy the 18 degree and dump my 3wood, which I practicaly never use anyway. Get help from the new technology, if you can.

Orin reviewed this product on 07/21/05 How lucky am I? I found the 18 & 22 degree Medic Hybrid Woods in the clearance bin a sports megastore! $12.99 apiece!! Granted, the shafts are not the the new hybrid club shafts that PMG is sending these days, but still - BEST DEAL EVER!! Took these babies out the other day - I can't believe how far I can hit the 18 degree club! 210 easy. Great clubs - and you can't beat the price!! Would be a steal at $49 too!!

Michael S reviewed this product on 07/11/05 I'm a novice golfer who consistently shoots a forgiving 100+ on any given round. I tee off with a 3-4 iron and have never gotten a fairway wood shot in the air. I took the 3 and 5 woods to the range and couldn't believe it, I've never been this consistent with any club lower than a 7 iron. I didn't even bother teeing anything up- 5 lifts off the ball off the grass like a mid iron. One thing though, my clubs came with offset heads, which I wasn't used to. I can't find anywhere on the site that states these clubs are made as offsets, but you'll need to alter your grip/stance/swing accordingly. Basically my hands have to line up in front of the ball with these clubs so that the face points straight. My swing is the same, although it feels a little strange compared to my irons. Not sure if Pine Meadows can alter this or if it's just the way these clubs are made. Nevertheless, as long as I remember to play with the offset nature in mind, these clubs are wonderful.

Jim Endecott reviewed this product on 06/29/05 This should be the review/hints section. Anyways I got a left handed 3 & 5 wood last week and they are great looking clubs. I was hooking them pretty hard at first so I came back to these forums and read a few of the older reviews. One customer mentioned that he started swinging real easy and the ball was flying so I gave it a try. What a difference. The ball fly's off the head and it works great. The low profile head makes it more comfortable to address and swing. I am very happy with the clubs, thank you.

Jason Reichow reviewed this product on 06/29/05 Good easy to hit club, but it is a little longer than the Demo Nike I had, you get about 10-15 extra yards with it, probably due to the longer more flexible shaft. Also, the face scarred after two rounds of light use. Overall good club for the money though.
