Gregh rated this product on 07/10/14 I don't own these clubs but my golf partner just bought the set. He has sent the irons to be extended ( he is 6'+) but we played a round with the woods. I hit a R7 9.5* normally but tested his driver....by far the best overall driving I have done. Hit it 6 times and out drove mine by 15 to 20 yards. My only compliant is I want it to come in a 9.5*. Searching to find one now.

Nick Cross rated this product on 04/26/14 This is my third set of clubs and probably my final "starters" set that I will purchase as I feel I am ready to pick and choose now when purchasing pieces to replace or upgrade my set. I purchased these clubs from another company but had been looking at them for quite some time...I am glad I made the purchase. The set overall is nice and would appear to be well made. I ordered them at the standard length and with the Pinemeadow standard grips which I think I would recommend upgrading if you purchase this set. Driver - The round I played last week with them I hit this club fairly well. The only other drivers I have had were a RAM, Big Bertha, and Top Flight. I hit this about as well as I have with the others. My only complaint is that it is 10.5 and I would have liked 12 degree loft. Wood - I didn't really get to use it to much but it would appear, and other reviews seem to say so that this is the club that is the best of the bunch. Hybrid - I have never really enjoyed playing with hybrids and other than my old Top Flight hybrid I have never hit them well either, but this club was a club that I was hitting well and probably as good as I have ever hit a hybrid before. Irons - I had my moments of both liking them and not liking them...though to be honest it might be my homespun swing more than the clubs. Wedge - This is a club I have always hit really well...until this set. I don't think it was my swing but man I couldn't get a good hit with this if my life depended on it. I am going to continue to work on this club but this is the reason I graded the set as a 4. The wedge is my most used club so this was a bit disappointing. Overall I recommended this set to another friend playing with older clubs. If you need a set and have been using starter sets then this is a good recommendation, or if you are new then this is a good set for you. If you have been playing for some time and are a relatively average to better player I might recommend getting a different set. I do seem to enjoy Pinemeadow as a manufacturer and would certainly entertain another purchase made by them in the future, which will be soon as I am thinking of getting their PGX putter next and also a wedge

Joey d rated this product on 03/29/14 I live in Puerto Rico and did not want to spend a lot of money on golf clubs. I love these clubs. I am buying another set for my home in California so I don't have to travel with golf clubs.

Anthony Porter rated this product on 01/31/14 I will be doing an offical Pinemeadow PGX REVIEW once i have physically played with the clubs but as far as the set goes from my shipment and small outside practice. These clubs hit by far THE BEST! Most people claim this set "sucks" or "I should have bought $2500 set of Ping or Taylormades".. what for? These clubs hit very smooth, distance is to die for compared my my $479.99 set of Ping that I no longer use. Grips are perfect (FOR ME) in the normal state as received, Driver,Wood and hybrids all is well with slight adjustment from the PLAYER. They are regular flex so it's not the clubs as too why they hit improper.... slow your swing down 5% and it's sure to correct itself perse... People provided negative feedback to a set of clubs that were gracefully built to serve not just "beginners" SCRATCH GOLFERS have played with my set and absolutely love them considering its a fraction of the cost of there $899 set of Titleist and Taylor Mades, these guys love them and Pinemeadow Golf is a Big name to me considering I started with blades from the past! Please await my video review of these clubs and also once I have played a round with them. I will be giving an offical review of the physical play with them but here's something to consider when claiming this company is "not as big"... Titleist DCI 762 = 5I - 148yards Ping G5 = 5I - 152yards Ping i25 = 5I - 152yards with a 159 rollout Ping i20 = 5I - Unknown (Kept slicing and pulling the ball everywhere regardless of my adjustment and point of swing and these were $1000 set!) Pinemeadow PGX = 5I - 168yards "FAT HIT" Let me close with this, it's ALL about the clubs as too why mistakes happen. put some trust into the things you use and not everything you purchase will work in your favor, you have to adjust to your new items. Pinemeadow Golf makes some pretty good stuff. Whether you are a beginner or scratch golfer, these clubs along with other sets I've tried out works really good for the price.
