Kevin rated this product on 04/27/09 First of all, I want to say I bought these clubs because they were an unbeatable deal and I just wanted a set so I can start playing away from home. It even included a bag! I'll start with the good: The irons were forgiving, easy to hit and very playable. The hybrids were AWESOME. My buddy couldn't figure out how to use them, but right from my first try I started hitting longer and better than the long irons. They are so much easier to use! I have no reason to carry long irons now! The putter was... usable. I prefer my old one. (mallet head) Now the bad: I broke my driver in my first game with the set. I am not sure how it happened but I hadn't struck the ground/rock or anything like that, and there are no dents on the clubhead. In fact, I only noticed when my shots started spinning out of control. A real pity, because I haven't got enough time to get acquainted with it yet. :( Maybe its was bad one, but I also noticed some other guy early broke his driver too so maybe its a real durability issue.

pETER rated this product on 03/31/09 I'm a beginning golfer so I'm not about to blame my general lack of a golf game on these clubs, but I have definitely found that I don't hit these nearly as far as the name brands that I've used when borrowing clubs from friends. I'm not complaining in general as I got these on a great deal (bought them used at a major discount) and sometimes you really do get what you pay for. Again, perfectly happy with what I got for what I paid for but I have found that they are a far step below from the far more expensive name brands. And my driver dented almost immediately as a reviewer mentioned earlier as well.

Adam rated this product on 03/08/09 I have owned pine meadow sets before and this one I also enjoy. For the price you can't beat it. The only thing I don't like is the Driver seems to dent very easily. My Other PM Driver I have had for a few years without a single dent. My first trip to the range. When I was done huge dent on the side and small dent on top. (Do understand it is golf swing error not club) but it is not resilient to these miss hits.

Larry rated this product on 01/12/09 I have been using what is now a combined set of BLOCs and Excels> Justt seem to part with either so I carrie both, My mood and the course determines what set I use. I have nothing but praise for Pinemeadow products. I love outplaying my Callaway and Nike armed friends

Frank rated this product on 10/06/08 I know I have rated this product before and gave it 1 star all my clubheads broke and didn't feel like exchanging it so I bought a golden bear set ($229). A couple weeks later ( 2 days ago) I met this guy at my home golf course. I saw him at the range with this same exact set. I told him what happened to mine and he offered me a chance to play with some that DIDN"T break on the first round of play. So I did it and I must say they play exceptionally well. At fist I wasn't comfy with the driver but got used to it. My Golden Bear set plays good but if I had the chance to talke those back and get these, I would. ( BUT THE PUTTER IS STILL CHEAP)
