graham fidler rated this product on 05/27/08 Well designed, thought out bag, but the zipper quality ...oh dear !! One pull tore out at the first time of using, and one other refused to close up shortly afterwards. On the shipping box was the words " Pinemeadow Glof ", which should have given me a clue. Bag was purchased last year, perhaps overall quality has improved ? Very happy with my clubs,though. Irons and woods.

Wayne rated this product on 04/12/08 I am going to have to lower my rating for this product. Today as I was walking from the car with it on my shoulder, the stress on the hook of the shoulder strap caused it to separate and the latch backed out of it. To re-latch it, I just used hand pressure to spread it out and re-seat the latch. now I am afraid that the metal of this hook is so cheap that it will shear off and spill my clubs. I will only carry it by the handle now. I have also had a couple of the zipper pulls exit out through the small gap in the zipper head. Over all, not a high quality product.

Joe Picard rated this product on 01/14/08 Well here we go again. I purchased this bag and used it one time and 5 different zippers broke. The bag looks OK but it is made very cheap. SAVE your money guys and go else where to buy a average bag and get twice what you get here. I submitted a review before but it was removed so you only see what they want .

Preston Hale responds with Hi Joe, sorry to hear you had some issues with the zipper. I checked out your order and it looks like you made the order back in March of 2007. Couple of things I wanted to bring to your attention. We can definitely send you a new bag. It is still under warranty so give us a call (1.800.309.6878) and we can make the switch for you. We had a couple of issues with the zippers during that time of the year but since then we have made some changes to the design so the zippers are stronger. As for the review we deleted. I had our programmer look at the all the reviews and I didn't come across it. Sorry you felt that we did. Wayne rated this product on 10/04/07 I like the slots at the top of the bag and the number of pockets. The cart stability system is also a good thing. The long pockets on each side, which I assume are for shoes, are not really deep enough. When shoes are stuffed into them, it outs a great strain on the zipper, so much that I will not attempt it. The pockets need to have some shoulders to allow for expansion. When I put the bag on my shoulder, I have to make sure it doesn't tip over and spill my clubs. This seems to be a balance or strap placement issue.

I also ordered the golf bag travel cover, I'm very pleased with both!!! My order arrived right on time as advertised. A great website, easy to navigate and very informative....
